Ghanaian attacker Meddie Kagere has sent a heartfelt message to the Simba FC fraternity.
The controversial forward was not handed a new deal by the Lions and he has left the club after two successful years with them.
“The time has come to finally close this chapter. If I’m to say something about my stay with @SimbaSCTanzania i will write for the whole day without stopping because i had so much fun and felt the love from the office of the club to the dressing room. As we all know everything has a beginning and an end, this is mine I’m sorry for those hurt by my departure. For a single shilling spent on me by this wonderful club will forever be remembered, for all the shouts and love by the fans can’t be forgotten. Thank you Mr president@moodewji my beautiful CEO.” He posted on twitter following his departure.
Morrison is expected to return to his former club Yanga SC who are in advanced talks with him.
