Ghanaian attacker Brandon Thomas-Asante has won the Ideal Heating 2023/24 top goalscorer award at West Bromwich Albion.
The forward bagged 12 goals in all competitions during the campaign, scoring 11 in the Sky Bet Championship and one in the Carabao Cup against Stoke City.
Eight of Asante’s dozen strikes came at The Hawthorns, including his final six of the season.
The 25-year-old has now scored 21 times for West Bromwich Albion since signing from Sky Bet League Two side Salford City in August 2022.
Asante is likely to be named in Ghana’s Black Stars squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Mali and the Central African Republic.
