He scored the opening goal of the match to put the hosts 1-0 up early in the first period of the match with a left-footed strike into the top right corner.
Just before the break, the former Ghana Black Satellites marksman found the ↘ right corner with a cool finish inside the box to give the home team a 2-0 lead heading to the break.
The visitors reduced the deficit to one in the last 15 minutes of the match.
The 25-year-old former Red Bull Salzburg and Greuther Fürth player has two goals in two games.
