Just before the end of the first 45 minutes of the match, Acheampong grabbed the equalizer for the home team to restore parity for the home team before the break.
Deep into additional time period of the match, Acheampong netted a late winner to snatch all three points for the home team to win the game 2-1 for the hosts.
The 29-year-old Ghanaian forward has three goals in seven games this campaign in the Chinese top-flight.
