Ghanaian forward Gabriel Kyeremateng showcased an exceptional performance, contributing significantly to Stade Lausanne-Ouchy’s triumph in an away match against Lugano in the Swiss Super League.
Starting the game and playing for 69 minutes, Kyeremateng played a pivotal role as his team secured a 3-2 victory at the Stadio Comunale di Cornaredo on Sunday.
In the eighth minute, Kyeremateng confidently converted a penalty kick, initiating the visitors’ lead. Switzerland’s Mischa Eberhard extended the advantage in the 17th minute, capitalizing on an assist from the German-Ghanaian forward. The win was ultimately sealed by France’s Ismaël Gharbi.
Despite a comeback attempt by Lugano in the second half, with Uran Bislimi scoring twice, Stade Lausanne-Ouchy held on to secure the 3-2 win.
