Ghanaian forward Kwadwo Duah netted his 9th goal of the season for FC St Gallen in Switzerland on Sunday afternoon against FC Grasshopper.

The former Young Boys FC player scored his team’s second goal in their 2-0 home win over the Blue and Whites outfit to keep a second successive clean sheet.

Julian von Moos scored the opening goal of the match to put the hosts 1-0 up after just seven minutes of the match with a brilliant finish.

The opening 45 minutes could not produce anymore goals as the home team went into the break with their noses in front.

Six minutes after the hour mark, Duah reacted quickest inside the box to score from close range as his rightfooted shot found the bottom right corner following a corner kick to make it 2-0 at the end of the match.

The 25-year-old striker has nine goals and provided one assist in 22 games this season in the Swiss Super League for St Gallen.
