Ghanaian forward Minta Amoako recently joined the Primavera side of Italian club Sassuolo, after impressing during a trial last month.
Before joining Sassuolo, Amoako played for Sunyani Sporting Club in Ghana. Coaches and teammates were impressed by his skills, speed, and smart play during training at the Mapei Football Centre.
At just 19 years old, Amoako is known for confidently taking on defenders and showing creativity on the field, making him a promising addition to Sassuolo’s youth team.
This move is another success for ArthurLegacy Sports, the agency that helped make it happen. Sassuolo has become known for nurturing young Ghanaian talent, offering them opportunities to grow and develop in Italy.
Players like Salim Abubakar, Justin Kumi, Brain Oddei, and Tanimu Musah have previously joined Sassuolo’s youth teams and found success in the sport.
Amoako’s signing is seen as an investment for Sassuolo, with hopes that he will adapt quickly to the team’s style of play and secure a long-term contract.
