Ghanaian international, Osman Bukari netted his first goal of the season in the French Ligue 1 against Lorient on Sunday for FC Nantes.

The 23-year-old finished off brilliantly a move he started after a one two with Samuel Moutoussamy which saw him cut in two defenders before firing home to make it 3-1.

Andrei Girotto broke the deadlock of the match by scoring for Nantes in the 39th minute before Randal Kolo Muani doubled the lead eight minutes into the second half.

Lorient got a consolation goal through Terem Moffi three minutes later before the Ghanaian attacker restored the two goal lead.

And just a minute later Willem Geubbles, who replaced Bukari on 69 minutes scored to make it 4-2 for the in-form Nantes after the opponent made it 3-2 few minutes earlier.

The Yellow Canneries have won three of their last five games in the French Ligue 1 to move just three points behind fourth placed Strasbourg.

The Ghanaian forward has made 12 appearances and has a goal and an assist for FC Nantes this season in the France top-flight.
