Ghanaian young forward Jesurun Rak-Sakyi opened his goal account for Charlton Athletic FC in the English League One on Tuesday evening.

The Ghanaian youngster scored the first goal of the match to put the hosts 1-0 up as early as the 11th minute mark with a fine finish.

He found the back of the net on his debut for the Red and Blacks outfit with a left-footed strike into the bottom left corner to unsettle the Green and Whites side.

Jayden Stockley and Sean Clare scored two goals in quick succession to give Charlton a three goals lead at the break with a 41st and 45th minutes strike respectively.

The Ghanaian teen played 63 mintues before his place was taken by Miles Leaburn with just a little over 25 minutes left to play.

The 10-man Plymouth team fought hard in the second half of the match and pulled one back inside the last 20 minutes of the match through Morgan Whittaker.

Charlie Kirk got the fourth goal for the home team four minutes later to restore the three goals lead.

Miles Leaburn got his second goal of the match to make it 5-1 on the 84th minute with six minutes left on the clock.

The 19-year-old English-born Ghanaian player has a goal to his name in the English League One in just one appearance.
