Ghana forward Yaw Annor opened his goal account for Ismaily SC in their game against Al Ittihad Alexandria in the Egyptian Premier League in midweek.
The former top scorer of the Ghana Premier League lasted the entire duration when his side won 3-1 home win over their opponent Al Ittihad Alexandria in the week 2 fixture of the top-flight.
Hamdi Nagguez broke the deadlock after just seven minutes into the clash at the Ismaïlia Stadium to put the hosts 1-0 up but the visitors restored parity through Mabululu in the 30th minute mark.
Just few minutes away from the break, Abdel Rahman Magdi restored the home team’s lead as they went to recess with the advantage.
The former Ashantigold SC man put the icing on the cake when he sealed victory for the host six minutes after the break. The Togolese-Ghanaian has kick started the season well after scoring in his first game for the club.
The 25-year-old joined the club in July 2022 after impressive performance that saw him won the Ghana Premier League goal king prize during his stint with Ashantigold.
