Ghanaian goalkeeper Lawrence Ati-Zigi kept his 3rd clean sheet of the season in Switzerland in FC St Gallen’s 2-0 win at home over Grasshopper FC on Sunday afternoon.
The Black Stars goalie grabbed his second successive clean sheet in the league after going nine straight matches without a single clean sheet.
Before today’s game, Ati-Zigi kept two clean sheets in friendly games before the match against FC Grasshopper in the Switzerland Super League this afternoon.
The 25-year-old produced two great saves to prevent the opponent from hitting the back of the net to help the Green and Whites outfit beat the Blue and Whites outfit 2-0.
Ati-Zigi was unused at the 33rd CAF Africa Cup of Nations tournament in Cameroon for the Black Stars who exited the competition at the group stage.
