Ghanaian midfielder Alex Opoku Sarfo has signed a new contract with Cypriot club Aris Limassol, extending his stay until the summer of 2028, Footballghana.com confirms.
The 20-year-old talent spent last season on loan at AEZ Zakakiou, where he impressed with his performances. Sarfo made 32 appearances, showcasing his skills and maturity, which caught the attention of his parent club. His strong displays earned him a well-deserved contract extension, solidifying his future with Aris Limassol.
Sarfo has already made two appearances in the ongoing season, featuring in Aris’ 1-0 victory over Karmiotissa FC in the opening game, where he played thirty minutes, and later coming off the bench to play fourteen minutes against Omonia 29 Maiou.
With four more years at Aris Limassol, the club is eager to see the continued growth and contributions of the Ghana U23 midfielder as he develops into a key player.
