Ghanaian enforcer Anderson Asiedu is glad with his first goal of the season for USL outfit Birmingham Legion.

The diminutive midfielder netted a 93rd minute header as his side defeated Hartford Athletic 2-1 in a crunch home game at the Protective Stadium on Sunday.

Asiedu was elated with his goal as he also applauded the hard fought win and the support from the fans.

“You can measure height,but you can’t measure heart! Happy to score my first goal of the season, and also our first win @ProtectiveStdmThank you @bhmlegionfans for the continuous support.” He tweeted.

He was also named as the official man of the match in the game.
