In a remarkable achievement, Ghanaian midfielder Bernard Mensah clinched the title of Saudi Pro League Player of the Month for November, surpassing competition from Cameroonian forward Georges-Kevin N’koudou.
Securing an impressive 51.7% of votes against N’koudou’s 48.3%, the 29-year-old emerged as the standout performer for the month. Mensah’s stellar contributions included scoring five goals in November, a feat that propelled Al-Tai to two victories, a draw, and one loss during the period.
His outstanding performances not only earned him the Player of the Month honor but also marked a significant moment as he dethroned Al-Nassr and Portuguese superstar Ronaldo for the coveted monthly award.
Mensah’s impactful presence in the Saudi Pro League became evident after his summer transfer from Turkish Super Lig side Kayserispor.
With 13 league appearances and nine goals for Al-Tai, Mensah’s stellar form was further highlighted as he secured the Man of the Match title twice in November.
Notably, he stands among the select few players who have netted a hat-trick in the league this season, solidifying his status as a key player to watch in the Saudi Pro League.
