Ghanaian midfielder Ernest Agyiri showcased his scoring prowess for Randers FC on Sunday afternoon, contributing to a narrow victory over Silkeborg in the Danish top-flight.
The 25-year-old entered the match as a substitute, making his appearance in the 75th minute. In a swift fashion, Agyiri found the back of the net to give his team a 1-0 lead at the Cepheus Park Randers. It took him just four minutes after coming onto the field to make a significant impact in the highly anticipated encounter.
This goal marked Agyiri’s second consecutive score for Randers FC, following his debut goal during their Danish Cup clash against B 93 Kopenhagen earlier in the week.
With no further goals added, the hosts secured a victory, earning all three maximum points at the conclusion of the game.
Agyiri’s goal against Silkeborg was his first in the Danish top-flight and his second across all competitions for Randers FC.
