Ghanaian midfielder Karimu Mahamud has taken a significant step in his career by joining Latvia’s top-flight team, Metta FC.
The 20-year-old, previously associated with UAE’s Al-Taawon, has completed his move to Metta on a free transfer.
Mahamud, recognized for his skills as a right winger, brings valuable experience acquired during his time at Shabab Reserve and Al-Taawon.
Having already made appearances for Metta in the early stages of the new season, Mahamud’s arrival is expected to strengthen the team’s midfield and contribute to their ambitions in the league.
