Ghanaian budding midfielder Abdul Rashid Abubakar, has expressed excitement after marking his debut for Bosnia and Herzegovina giants FK Sarajevo.
The former Accra Lions FC star, played his first league game for his side in their 1-1 stalemate against FK Velež Mostar on Monday.
The 22-year-old joined Sarajevo from Ghana Premier League side Accra Lions after inking a deal that will keep him at the club until December 2024.
The exciting midfielder who can also play as a holding and attacking midfielder, took to socail media to express his joy.
He wrote on Facbook: ”It was a special moment for me yesterday as I came from the bench to make my debut since signing for FK Sarajevo,”
Abdul Rashid Abubakar was one of the best players at Accra Lions in their maiden season in the Ghana Premier League, playing 27 games, providing two assists and scoring one.
