Ghanaian defender Patric Pfeiffer who recently switched nationality from Germany to play for Ghana has won his first Man-Of-The-Match award of the season.
The Ghanaian defender scored the only goal of the match to win all three points for SV Darmstadt 98 in the Bundesliga 2 on Saturday afternoon at home.
He grabbed all three points for the Blue and Whites outfit as they beat Fortuna Düsseldorf 1-0 on home soil to go two points clear off third place team.
The lanky Center-back headed home the only goal of the match on the 73rd minute mark from the center of the box into the bottom left corner following a corner kick.
The 23-year-old has two goals in nine Bundesliga 2 games this season since he joined from Hamburg SV on loan.
Following an explosive display in the league game against Fortuna Düsseldorf, the defender was rated 8.3 by Fotmob after the game.
