English-born Ghanaian youngster Jesurun Rak-Sakyi who plays for Crystal Palace has been nominated for the Player of the Month for February award in the Premier League Two.
The 19-year-old forward who made his senior debut for the Eagles against Chelsea at the beginning of the season, had a fine run netting three goals as Crystal Palace went through the month unbeaten.
Rak-Sakyi netted a brace against Brighton and Hove Albion, before also scoring a goal against Tottenham.
He will be competing for the award with Fulham’s Luke Harris and Sonny Hilton, Manchester City’s Juan Larios and James McAtee, Southampton’s Luke Pearce and Manchester United’s Shola Shoretire.
Jesurun Rak-Sakyi has scored 15 goals in 21 games in the Premier League II this season.
The English-born Ghanaian joined Crystal Palace’s Academy from Chelsea.
