Crystal Palace Academy talent Jesurun Rak-Sakyi has received his maiden call-up to the England Under-21 squad for the upcoming November international break.
Currently on loan at Sheffield United in the Championship, the dynamic winger has been a standout performer, most recently playing a key role in the Blades’ Steel City Derby victory over Sheffield Wednesday at Bramall Lane.
Rak-Sakyi has made 15 appearances in all competitions this season, scoring twice and quickly establishing himself as an essential part of Chris Wilder’s promotion-chasing squad.
His contributions have not gone unnoticed, earning him a place with the Young Lions as they prepare for friendly matches against Spain and the Netherlands in Cadiz and Almere.
