Ghanaian attacker David Asare Bremang has extended his contract with relegated English Championship side Barnsley.
The 22-year-old striker spent the first half of the just ended season on loan at Guiseley but returned in January to win the club’s under 23 side top scorer with eight goals.
Bremang has appended his signature to a fresh two-year deal with Barnsley as he gets set to lead their attack in the League 1.
“I’m a physical striker and like to run in behind; I’m good at heading and I’m just someone who likes to score goals,” Bremang stated
“I would say I’m happy, but you can always do better, to be fair. Hopefully I can kick on next season and get more than I did this season.”
He made two senior league appearances for Barnsley in the just ended season which were against Nottingham Forest and West Brom.
