Ghanaian forward Patrick Twumasi has officially joined Israeli club Beitar Jerusalem after completing his medical tests and signing his contract earlier today.
The 30-year-old was presented with the number 27 jersey, his requested number, accompanied by his wife and five children.
Twumasi is set to begin training with the team tomorrow as they prepare for their final training session ahead of the Toto Cup this weekend. After that, the team will decide whether to include him in their squad.
The former Black Stars player comes to the club in good form, having started the season with Cypriot club Paphos FC in the UEFA Europa League qualifications.
The experienced forward has previously played for several clubs, including Maccabi Netanya, Deportivo Alaves, Hannover 96, Astana FC, Spartaks Jurmala, Amkar Perm, and Gazientep FK.
