Ghanaian forward Peter Agblevor netted on his debut for Musanze FC in their 2-1 defeat to APR FC in match day 1 of the 2022/23 Rwanda Premier League on Friday night.
Agblevor who was signed from relegated side Etoile de l’est opened the scoring in the 39th minute with a superb finish which could contest for goal of the season.
The Rwandan champions fought back in front of their home fans and equalized before the break through striker Yves Mungunga before Yannick Bizimana netted the winner in the 95th minute following lost of concentration by the Musanze keeper.
Agblevor’s goal was his third against APR FC in two games as he scored a brace against them last season when he was at Etoile.
