The outspoken player poured his heart  out as he revealed the reasons for leaving the team after just one season.

“I have remained silent out of respect for the club and the difficulty of the situation. It was an honor for me to play for such a big club in Turkey, even though things did not go as I had hoped personally. It has not been an easy season for any of us, with many coaching changes, empty promises and the chaos we had to live with daily throughout the season. But I can say that I did everything I could. I played injured, I didn’t leave this club when the president resigned. No matter how difficult the situation was, I wanted to help to put the situation back in order. Unfortunately, they were not honest in the process. Especially in the last process, they wanted to blame me. I enjoyed playing in Bursaspor. I wish the club good luck in the future and I hope it gets back on its feet. Thank you to the fans who supported me despite this difficult process. you are amazing. Thank you to everyone who did not support me, I learned a lot from you.” Ofosu posted.

He made just fifteen league appearances scoring one goal during his say in Turkey.
