Austrian-born Ghanaian winger Winfred Amoah has made a move to Austrian 2.Liga side SKN St. Pölten, signing a two-year deal with the club.
The 24-year-old winger joins the Sankt Pölten-based team on a free transfer after his contract with third division side DSV Leoben expired this summer.
Amoah, who has played for the likes of Sturm Graz’s youth team and scored 5 goals and provided 8 assists in 30 appearances for DSV Leoben in the last second division season, will strengthen the Wolf Pack for the new 2024/2025 season.
The Ghanaian winger, who can play on either the left or right wing, has signed a two-year contract with an option for an additional year.
Winfred Amoah, whose father is former Ghana international Charles Amoah, remains eligible to play for Ghana at the international level.
