Ghanaian forward midfielder Matthew Anim Cudjoe have secured a place in the 2022-23 UEFA Europa with Scottish side Dundee United.
The former Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC wonder-kid was on the bench on Wednesday night when his team secured a 1-1 draw at home to Celtic.
He was a delight to watch on his full debut on Sunday in the 2-0 defeat at Rangers and was replaced in the 56th minute.
He joined the club on a three-year-old deal with Dundee United during the January transfer window and has made just two-but talked about-appearances.
The point they picked on Wednesday evening against Celtic is enough to see them back in Europe for the first time since 2012/13 term.
They will start from the third qualifying round of the third-tier inter-clubs competition in Europe.
Dundee United’s last match of the season is on Saturday, 14 May at Dingwall against Ross County as they push for a fourth place finish ahead of Motherwell who face champions-elect Celtic at Parkhead.
He played for Legon Cities FC in Ghana and failed a trial at Bayern Munich before his move to Scotland.
