English-born Ghanaian teen defender Nelson Abbey wore the captain armband for Reading U23s as they defeated Burnley U23s in the English Premier League 2 on Monday night.
The 18-year talented defender started the game alongside his country man Lynford Sackey at the Hogwood Park Training ground.

Guinea-Bissau forward Mamadi Caba Camará scored in the 25th minute to put Reading ahead before Dara Costelloe restored parity for Burnley in the 44th minute.
English winger Rashawn Scott, however, struck in the 55th minute to seal a 2-1 victory for Reading.
Meanwhile, Richard Nicos Tettey Nartey was also in action for Burnley.
