Ghanaian winger Albert Adomah celebrated his first goal for Walsall in their commanding 4-0 win over Swindon Town in League Two on Saturday afternoon.
The Saddlers were dominant throughout the match, controlling possession and creating more opportunities on goal.
Adomah entered the match as a substitute in the 41st minute, replacing Josh Gordon, who had already opened the scoring for Walsall in the 33rd minute with a well-placed right-footed shot. Shortly before Adomah’s introduction, Jamille Matt extended the lead, with Taylor Allen delivering the assist.
Allen himself found the back of the net in the 49th minute, further solidifying Walsall’s grip on the match. Adomah then put the icing on the cake in the 64th minute, scoring with a right-footed shot from the center of the box, courtesy of an assist from Connor Barrett.
This victory strengthens Walsall’s head-to-head record against Swindon Town, which now stands at 9 wins for Swindon, 7 wins for Walsall, and 6 draws. Adomah, who has now made two appearances this season, marked his first goal in League Two with this performance.
