As Ghana prepares for the upcoming 2026 World Cup qualifiers, head coach Otto Addo is delighted to have the full squad available.
With key matches against Mali and the Central African Republic approaching, all 26 selected players have joined the camp. This includes Osman Bukari, traveling from Austin, and Alexander Djiku, arriving from Turkey.
Under Addo’s leadership, the team has engaged in intensive training sessions at the Accra Sports Stadium, marking their third day of preparations.
As the crucial matches draw near, the team will continue their rigorous training in Accra before departing for Bamako on Tuesday, June 4, ahead of their game on Thursday, June 6, 2024.
Following a disappointing defeat to Comoros, the Black Stars are determined to bounce back and rejuvenate their qualifying campaign with a strong performance against Mali.
Aiming for their fifth World Cup appearance, the four-time African champions will then face the Central African Republic in Kumasi three days later.
