Ghanaian super referee Daniel Laryea has been appointed by CAF to be in charge of the Video Assistant Referee in the Round 16 fixture between Egypt and DR Congo.
On Sunday at 8 pm in San Pedro at the Stade Laurent Pokou, the crunch clash between the Pharaohs of Egypt and the Leopards of DR Congo will be officiated by Tom Abongile from South Africa.
Daniel Nii Laryea, 36, was the main referee in the group-stage game between Mali and Tunisia as he put up a 10/10 performance.

The Ghanaian referee is little by little gaining the trust of the CAF officiating committee.
