Ghana’s new darling boy Daniel Kofi Kyereh netted his first goal in the German Bundesliga on Saturday afternoon at the Europa Stadion in Black Forest.
The 26-year-old Ghanaian international played more than an hour of football for the Black and Whites outfit as they beat Mainz 2-1 to go second on the league table.
He scored the second goal for the home team in their win which takes them to level on points with leaders Union Berlin after eight games with 17 points each.
He headed home from a very close range into the center of the post to make it 2-0 after Michael Gregorismtsch has scored the opener.
Aaron Caricol scored a consolation goal for the away team in the second half of the match to make the final score 2-1 in Daniel Kofi Kyereh’s team favour.
The 26-year-old Ghanaian has one goal on his first Bundesliga start for the UEFA Europa League side.
