Ghanaian football talents, Jordan Ayew and Kudus Mohammed, have garnered recognition by being listed among the top ten dribblers in the English Premier League during the ongoing 2023/24 season.

Kudus Mohammed, who made a notable move from Ajax to West Ham in the summer transfer window, secured the 10th position as the league’s best dribbler, showcasing his skill with 28 successful dribbles.

Meanwhile, Jordan Ayew claimed the eighth spot with an impressive tally of 31 completed dribbles in the current season.

Although Kudus shares the same number of successful dribbles with Middlesbrough’s Marcus Tavernier, the Middlesbrough star edges ahead due to his remarkable success rate of 56 percent.

Since his arrival at West Ham, the 23-year-old Kudus Mohammed has played a pivotal role in the Londoners’ campaigns, contributing significantly with seven goals across various competitions.

Jordan Ayew, despite not being highly prolific in goal-scoring this season, has demonstrated his value to Crystal Palace by averaging 1.9 dribbles per game. The 31-year-old forward’s contributions extend beyond scoring, providing a dynamic and impactful presence on the field.

At the summit of the dribbling prowess in the English Premier League sits another player of Ghanaian descent, Jeremy Doku. Born in Belgium to Ghanaian parents, Doku has completed an impressive 44 dribbles this season, earning him the title of the league’s best dribbler.

Doku’s addition to Pep Guardiola’s team at Manchester City from French side Rennes has injected dynamism into the attacking wings, with his eye-catching performances capturing attention and recognition as the premier dribbler in the league.

The achievements of these Ghanaian footballers underscore their skill and impact in the competitive landscape of the English Premier League.
