Ghana’s Inaki Williams was adjudged Man-Of-The-Match in Athletic Bilbao’s impressive away win over Cadiz CF in Spain Last night.
The Ghanaian striker scored his first goal of the season for Athletic Bilbao on Monday evening in the Spanish La Liga away from home.
The Ghanaian forward scored the first goal of the match to put the hosts 1-0 up half way through the opening 45 minutes of the match.
On the 24th minute of the match, he found the bottom left corner of the goal from a very difficult angle to give the Red and Blacks outfit the lead.
Unfortunately for him,he missed a spot kick nine minutes later in the game but the visitors led Cadiz 1-0 at half time.
Bilbao scored three times in the second 45 minutes of the match to win their third game of the season by a 4-0 score line to go 5th on the league log with 7 points.
The 28-year-old Ghanaian has a goal in two matches in the 2022-23 Spanish top-flight.
