Ghana midfielder Jeffrey Schlupp dazzled for Crystal Palace FC in the English Premier League on Sunday afternoon at Elland Road against Leeds United FC.
The Premier League winner, Schlupp, provided an assist in his team’s heavy win on the road against the Elland Road Lads in a relegation six pointer clash.
Schlupp set up Marc Guehi to score the equalizing goal for the Red and Blue Eagles in the additional time period of the first 45 minutes after going down halfway through the opening half.
Patrick Bamford put the hosts 1-0 up after 21 minutes with a strikers goal but Marc Guehi was assisted by Jeffrey Schlupp to scored the equalizer for the away team just before the break.
Eight minutes into the second half of the match, Michael Olise set up the Ghanaian to score the second goal for the away team with a brilliant header,making it 2-1 to Crystal Palace.
Eberechi Eze scored two minutes later to make it 3-1 to the away side with Olise providing another assist.
Odsonne Edouard was also set up Michael Olise to score the fourth goal brilliantly to give the Palace a 4-1 lead after 70 minutes.
Seven minutes later, Mark Hughes strike was blocked in the box as the ball feel just perfectly for the Ghanaian attacker who hammered home the fifth goal and his second goal in the game to make sure it ended in an emphatic 5-1 win for the Eagles.
The 30-year-old Ghanaian midfielder has 29 appearances in the English Premier League this season scoring two goals and providing two assists in the 2022-23 campaign.
