Bristol City forward Antoine Semenyo has been axed from the Black Stars team to face Central Africa Republic in the Next Africa Cup of Nations qualifier.
The English-born Ghanaian is believed to have picked an injury in Ghana’s game against Madagascar, where he played only 15 minutes.

He was subsequently out of the team’s final training hence missing out on the list of 25 players to play for Ghana in the game against Central Africa Republic in Angola.
Home-based duo Daniel Afriyie of Accra Hearts of Oak SC and Augustine Okrah of Bechem United FC have all been dropped.
