Ghana’s newbie Kamal Sowah has been training with the Black Stars team for the FIFA Pre-World Cup friendly against Switzerland on Thursday in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
The Club star player will have the opportunity to make his Ghana debut on Thursday against Switzerland as Ghana prepares for the upcoming 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament in Qatar.
Sowah has been a fine form for the Blue and Black outfit who qualified to the knockout stages of the UEFA Champions League competition for the first time in over a decade.
He’s never played for Ghana and could announce his presence against the Swiss tomorrow after his impressive showings in the Belgium Jupiler Pro League and the champions league.
Ghana’s game against Switzerland kicks of at 10am.
Ghana will start their 2022 FIFA World Cup campaign with a game against European giant Portugal on November 24 at Stadium 974 in Doha.
Four days later, the Black Stars return to action with a clash against the Asian powerhouse South Korea at the Education City Stadium in Al Rayyan.
The Black Stars who are making their fourth FIFA appearance will end their group stage campaign with a clash against Uruguay at Al Janoub Stadium in Al Wakrah.
