Ghanaian Midfielder Salis Abdul Samed returned from injury and played for Clermont Foot in the Ligue 1 game against AS Monaco Sunday evening.
The 21-year-old played the entire duration of the match as the newcomers were humiliated 4-0 by Monaco at the Stade Luis II.
Abdul Samed was named in Milovan Rajevac’s squad for the Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon, but picked up an injury while on winter break ruling him out of the tournament.

Salis could be playing for Ghana at the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers playoffs in March.
