Ghana’s forward Samuel Tetteh scored his 4th league goal in the Turkish Lig. 1 against Menemenspor on the road.
Tetteh’s goal was not enough to prevent his team from defeat as they loss 1-2 away from home in their Turkish Lig 1 round 22 encounter.
After a goalless first 45 minutes of the match, the visitors were reduced to 10 men when Evrez Korkmaz was sent off four minutes after the hour mark.
The host took full advantage of the numerical advantage and scored the game’s opening goal three minutes later with a fine finish by Ahmet Sagat inside 67 minutes.
Batuhan Kirdaroglu made it 2-0 to the hosts 15 minutes to the end of the highly competitive match with another sweet strike after 75 minutes.
Tetteh scored a consolation goal for the away team on the 78th minute mark as his side Adanaspor succumbed to Menemenspor.
The 25-year-old striker has four goals in the league and two in the Turkish Cup making it six goals this season.
