Black Stars winger, Kamaldeen Sulemana will return to action on match day 6 after his red card appeal went successfully.

Kamaldeen Sulemana was sent off in Southampton’s 5-1 humiliation defeat against Leicester City on Friday, September 15, 2023, at the Saint Mary’s Stadium.

The Ghanaian was set to miss three games because he received a straight red card.

However, Southampton FC appealed the referee’s decision and they won the appeal.

A decision that Southampton manager Martin hailed this outcome as “good news” for the team.

“Jan Bednarek is back in the squad, and we won our appeal with Kamaldeen, so Kamaldeen is in the squad, which is good news,” Martin stated.

Southampton’s next game in the English Championship will be on the road against Ipswich Town.
