FC Samartex 1996 were forced to settle for a 0-0 draw against Dreams FC at the Nsenkyire Sports Arena in Samreboi, extending their winless streak while maintaining their unbeaten home record in the Ghana Premier League.

The Timber Giants dominated possession for much of the match, particularly in the first half, as they sought to break their recent run of poor results. Despite controlling play, Samartex struggled to create clear-cut chances, with Dreams FC maintaining a well-organized and disciplined defensive shape.

Dreams adopted a cautious approach, relying on quick transitions to create occasional scoring opportunities. While the visitors produced some promising moments on the counterattack, they also found it difficult to test the Samartex defense consistently.

The second half mirrored the first, with Samartex pressing for a decisive goal and Dreams staying compact at the back. A series of late efforts by the hosts failed to find the net, allowing Dreams to secure a valuable point on the road.

The draw provides Dreams FC with another positive result as they continue their fight to move further away from the relegation zone. Meanwhile, Samartex will aim to convert their home dominance into wins in upcoming fixtures to end their winless run and strengthen their league standing.
