The 2022 Caf Confederation Cup finalist believes his former side King Faisal will beat the drop from the Ghana Premier League at the end of the 2021/22 season.
The Kumasi-based clubs currently occupies the 13th position on the league log but are far from safety as they are just three points above the relegation zone with three games to go.
The 21-year-old was in a similar position with the club last season and survived relegation on the last day of the season ensuring they played in the top flight during the 2021/22 campaign.
With the Insha Allah Boys’ survival uncertain, the dreaded striker believes his former side will find their momentum to escape relegation.
“I know King Faisal and this situation [battling relegation] happened to me when I was there. Some of the players I played with are still there. I know how they started the first round and they ended up in a good position,” Prepah told Joy Sports.
“I think when they psyche themselves and talk to themselves, they are going to escape relegation and they will.” He added.
King Faisal’s next game in the league will be against defending champions Accra Hearts of Oak at the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday 5th June, 2022.
They will later play Real Tamale United and Legon Cities in their last two remaining fixtures in the league.
