On the final day of the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League, Asante Kotoko will host Dreams FC at the Baba Yara Stadium.
Dreams FC, also known as the Still Believe club, has already secured their place in the topflight with an impressive performance in their last five games.
However, they face a determined Asante Kotoko side who are eager to end the season on a high note.
Dreams FC has been in tremendous form in the latter part of the season, securing four wins and one draw in their last five matches.
On the other hand, the Porcupine Warriors have recorded two wins and three draws in their recent games in the top-flight.
Abdul Gazale and his team will be aiming for victory as they strive to finish among the top four clubs at the end of the campaign. They will be looking to bounce back after suffering a 2-0 defeat against Dreams FC in the first half of the season at Dawu.
Currently occupying the 4th position on the league standings with 51 points, Kotoko has the opportunity to climb higher on the table depending on the results of the clash between Aduana Stars and Bechem United.
For Dreams FC, the game against Kotoko will also serve as a test of their strength and preparation for the upcoming FA Cup final against King Faisal on June 18, 2023. Karim Zito’s side currently sits in 6th place on the table with 47 points.
