Asante Kotoko have officially secured the services of midfielder Walid Neymar Fuseini, who joins the Porcupine Warriors on a three-year contract ahead of the 2025/26 season.
The 25-year-old, widely regarded as one of the Ghana Premier League’s most versatile midfielders, expressed his excitement at making the switch, describing the move as a lifelong dream.
Fuseini’s versatility makes him a valuable addition, as he is capable of operating centrally, in an advanced attacking role, or from the right flank.
He arrives with significant domestic and continental experience, having made 81 appearances in the Ghana Premier League and featured four times in the CAF Confederation Cup.
The midfielder began his professional journey with Bolga All Stars, quickly establishing himself as a technically gifted and hard-working player before rising through the ranks of Ghanaian football.
Kotoko, who recently concluded their participation in the 2025 GHALCA Top 4 tournament, will turn their attention to the Champion of Champions clash against Bibiani GoldStars on Sunday, August 31, as preparations intensify for their return to continental football.
