Ghana and Orlando Pirates goalkeeper Richard Ofori has officially returned to the Ghana team since 2020 for the games against Nigeria.
Ofori, 28, has been out of the Black Stars team since he picked up an injury while on international duty with Ghana back in September 2020.
The Ghana shot-stopper has made quite a significant progress in the treatment room and has been impressive in the past few weeks since returning from injury.
He missed out on the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon but is available for the Black Stars cliffhanger against Nigeria this Friday in Kumasi.
The injury kept him out of action for close to four months but there appears some good news for Ghana after keeping two consecutive clean sheets in the CAF Confederation Cup for the Bucs.
