Ghana Premier League giants Great Olympics have confirmed the signing of Christopher Nettey on a free transfer.
After his contract with Asante Kotoko, the reigning Premier League champions, expired earlier this year, the right-back has now penned a deal with the Accra-based team.
Nettey joined the Porcupine Warriors after leaving Attram de Visser Academy and stayed there for three years.
He was an integral member of the Kotoko team that won the Premier League championship in 2021/22 under Prosper Ogum Nartey.
Nettey made 62 appearances in all competitions during his three years with Kotoko, scoring once.
Nettey featured in 18 games for the Porcupines last season, helping them win their first Ghana Premier League title in eight years.
When the league resumes this weekend, the defender will be eager to bring the Wonder Club his wealth of experience.
