Ghanaian talented midfielder Michael Baidoo netted a brace to power his club IF Eflsborg to a 3-2 home win over Malmo FF in the Swedish Allsvenskan on Sunday evening.
Baidoo, a former Vision FC captain, opened the scoring for the Yellow and Black lads after expertly converting a penalty awarded them on the 11th minute of the game.
On the stroke of halftime, two-goal hero Isaac Thelin levelled the score to end the first half in a 1-1 draw.
Thelin gave Malmo FF a 2-1 lead with his strike on the 65th minute of the game but the parity was restored by the former Vision FC youngster, four minutes later.
The 23-year-old bagged his second of the day with a calm finish after connecting a low cross delivered by Jeppe Okkels before his teammate Andre Romer scored the match-winner on the 79th minute of the game.
So far Baidoo has scored four goals and registered one assist in his 14 appearances for IF Eflsborg in all competitions this season so far.
