Guinea head coach Kaba Diawara has released his 23-man squad for the upcoming MD3 and 4 of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
The squad is headed by the red-hot VFB Stuttgart striker Serhou Guirassy and Mohamed Bayo of Le Havre.
Moriba Korouma of Getafe and RC Anderlecht’s Amadou Diawara are also included.
Three new players have been named in the squad; Soumaila Sylla (Stade Reims), Rayane Doucouré (Red Star) and Aliou Badara Baldé (OGC Nice).
Arouca midfielder Morlaye Sylla has also returned to the team.
The biggest omissions are skipper Naby Keita and Valencia’s defender Mouctar Diaby due to injuries.
Guinea will travel to Algeria and host Mozambique in MD3 and 4 respectively in the FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
The Syli National sits third in group G of the World Cup qualifiers after beating Uganda and losing to Botswana.
