Former Asante Kotoko midfielder, Daniel Nii Adjei, expresses his willingness to learn and work alongside current club coach, Prosper Narteh Ogum.
Having recently completed his CAF License D badge, Nii Adjei is aiming to continue his coaching journey by pursuing the C and B courses.
Reflecting on the prospect of learning from Coach Ogum, Nii Adjei shares his enthusiasm, stating, “It will be great because I am still learning and then he is an instructor too when we go for the courses”
He further adds, “One of the instructors who teaches us there so being part of him or learning from him will be something I will really be glad of”
“So I am just hoping and I am around anytime I get that opportunity I will always grab it because he is a good man and a nice person and then he loves what he does“
“So learning from him and studying under him will be very good for me,” Daniel Nii Adjei told Radio Gold Sports.
Nii Adjei, a former professional player for Asante Kotoko, won the domestic title with the club during the 2012/13 season. He also achieved success on the continental stage, being part of TP Mazembe’s triumph in the CAF Champions League during the 2014/15 season and securing the CAF Super Cup with Morocco’s Wydad Athletic Club in the 2017/18 season.
Throughout his career, Nii Adjei also played for Kumasi King Faisal and relegated Elmina Sharks before retiring from professional football.
