Hearts of Oak striker Hamza Issah has expressed confidence in his team’s readiness ahead of their upcoming fixture against Nations FC.
Following a crucial 2-0 win over Bechem United on matchday three, the Phobians are eager to maintain their momentum as they approach their fourth game of the season.
In a pre-match interview, Hamza spoke about the team’s preparations, saying, “We have prepared enough for the Nations match, and we believe that by God’s grace, we will get a positive result from Abrankese.”
He also highlighted the importance of teamwork, noting that success comes from the collective effort of the squad. Hamza was quick to acknowledge the support from fans, urging them to turn out in numbers for the match. “If I score, I will give thanks to God, and if I don’t score and any of my teammates does, I will be glad because the main aim is to get a positive result from the game,” he said.
Hamza added, “We thank our fans for the support from day one and especially in the game against Bechem United. I plead with our fans to come and support us on that day at the Abrankese stadium in our next match.”
Hearts of Oak are set to face Nations FC at 3:00 pm on Sunday at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Stadium.
