According to sources close to the club, Hearts of Oak has officially welcomed Abdul Rahim Bashiru Tijani to their coaching staff as an assistant coach.
Tijani, who previously served as an assistant coach at Legon Cities for the past two seasons, will now take on the role of deputy to the soon-to-be-appointed head coach of the club.
After finishing 12th on 46 points and missing out on the top four in the previous season, Hearts of Oak is gearing up for the upcoming campaign with renewed determination.
The club has already announced the first batch of its technical team, with Dutchman Rene Hiddink taking up the position of technical director. Joining the team are Jerry Adjei Asare as the goalkeeper’s trainer and former player Sebastian Barns as the head of the Scouts.
